My Background

When I first began Crafti Nanni, it was simply a YouTube channel, an outlet to release some of my creative energy during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. I have been a maker for all my life; finding uses for the seemingly useless, and inventing gadgets out of scraps. So not having a place to tinker and create during the pandemic was driving me crazy! Hence the YouTube channel.

 

For almost a year I published weekly webisodes, incorporating a craft project into every story, before taking my business offline and into the real word. Soon I was engaging with parents who, like me, wanted quality, interactive classes for their children right in our neighborhood. One bubble machine and teepee later, this MPA has dived into the deep end of creating engaging content for tots, teens and adults alike.

 

My diverse learning experiences have all merged into materializing the ideal career for me. I now host Mommy and Me classes, private art workshops, and teach children's art classes at a local arts academy. I also incorporate my love of botanicals into designing floral centerpieces and decorating event spaces. My background in psychology also comes in handy when leading teambuilding exercises.

 

Looking back, I never imagined I'd be here, but I can't imagine doing anything else. This ride has been amazing thus far, and I can't wait to see where the journey ahead leads me.
